Ms. Glynn Levin served as a career law clerk for more than seven years for federal bankruptcy judges in Seattle, Tacoma, and San Francisco. She has had the unique opportunity to serve simultaneously as an elbow law clerk and appellate law clerk for the Hon. Philip H. Brandt, during his term on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington and the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Prior to her clerkship, Ms. Glynn Levin spent approximately six years as a litigator in private practice, first in Vancouver, Canada and later in Seattle. Ms. Glynn Levin is the author of many bankruptcy-law related publications on the topic of bankruptcy appellate law, procedure and legal writing, and she has become a frequent speaker on these topics.
